I asked for a zero fade side and back with a clean up on top (keeping same style) the fade was done nicely however once the barber started on my fringe she proceeded to hack at my head with a cut throat razor depleting ALL thickness, volume, style, length AND even the symmetry leaving my forehead to have a VERY uneven, short, thin and quite frankly gross fridge and it cost me 50 dollars…. The photos are from when I got it done at another barber (exactly what I’ve asked for and what it should look like) and the other 2 are what I was given today. Disappointed is a large understatement

What a joke! My son’s hair could have been cut better by myself. The reason I take him to a barber is because they can fade. I didn’t care about the lack of fade however he did have a short chunk out of his fringe. It was comical that I had paid $45 for this cut! This man is a poorly trained barber with no care, future customers beware!

Sad to say that after a few years of going there sometimes even weekly paying 80 bucks for hair and beard, Its time to move on. They have two arrogant kids at the register who take your name and number and are supposed to notify you when you are next in line. Put my name down for Tyson at 12pm being told there are 2 people in front. After sitting there for a couple hours I asked if I’m next only to be told there is one more to go before me. After waiting I notice there is yet another person in the seat. Was there from 12 to nearly 4. Its happened many times in the past years but I just copped it since they have quality barbers. Its a real shame that they have such great barbers like Cristian and Tyson and Vali however for those who have jobs and prize their only saturday off, not worth it. I highly recommend to save your money for any place else. I think it’s another one of those businesses where someone with money buys in clueless about the field of work trying to let it run itself. For the kind of price range they charge, they need a better booking system like tommy guns. Might be worth investing in a booking system like that or if not, hire a couple more kids so you can have 4 at the register since current two cannot handle a simple write the name down system.
